What is the minimum spend?

You can buy certified flowers on our webshop! Search in fairtrade or certificate flowers in the filters.

What are the Weekly Specials?

Weekly specials are amazing deals for the next week’s departure. Prices may look ‘too good to be true’ but trust us… they really are this good! Every Monday we’ll present to you a new and interesting selection of fresh top-quality blooms at competitive prices.

How do I find deals on the webshop?

Go to “Specials” on the left side of your screen on the computer, or choose the middle “funnel” filter if you’re using the Hoek flowers app. Here you’ll find Special offers, Super deals, Back in Stock, New in assortment & Reduced in price products!

Can I return an item?

If there's a problem with an item you've received, request credit for it through your account or the Hoek flowers app, and contact your account manager or Hoek support. Please keep hold of the item until the request is resolved.

Do you charge for transport?

We charge a transport fee on orders below the minimum spend. Contact support or your account manager to find out what that is in your area.

What if don't reach the minimum spend?

A transport fee is added to orders under the minimum spend. Contact Hoek Support or your account manager for more information about the minimum spend in your area.

What are live photos?

The photos on our webshop are ‘live photos’, taken on arrival at our warehouse. Some products also have an extra photo attached since they are not blooming when they arrive. The extra photo gives an impression of how the flower will bloom.

What are Pre-orderlists?

With pre-order lists you can order your flowers months or weeks in advance- take advantage of fixed prices & know what will be available in a particular month. Sign in to the webshop to see current lists. Ask your account manager for more information!

How can I view my purchases?

To view your purchases click on the Shopping Cart Icon. There you'll see all your purchases from the last three days.

What is Origin Direct?

Fresh flowers, direct from the origin to your doorstep. Origin Direct means that we fly the flowers from the Origin country directly to the country of our florists, which means we skip the travel stop to our premises in Holland. By cutting out these unnecessary detours, the flowers arrive faster and fresher to you, and the prices are also better because of this! Better for you, the flowers, and our planet. Contact us for more information!

I received a promotion code, how do I use it?

Use the code in the promotion code box at check out. Makes ure there is a "live" product counting down in your cart still for the code to activate.

Is it possible to pre-order flowers?

We have pre-order lists available to order from during most of the year! Ask your account manager for more information.

Is it possible to split orders in my shopping cart?

Yes! If you are ordering for different events on the same departure date, you can make an order reference for each one. Your invoice will be itemized per order reference.

How do I find a particular flower in the webshop?

Type the name of the flower or the variety name in the search bar. Or filter by flower type in “Our Assortment” & “Product group”. You can also filter by length, colour & country of origin.

Picking my departure day

The first and most important step is to choose a departure day. Here you select which day your flowers depart from our company. Your account manager will explain you personally how long it will take from departure until delivery to your location. Done buying for the selected departure day? Change the departure day at the top to start buying for a different day.

How do I know if an order is confirmed?

You see a green tick next to the item in your shopping basket and you receive an order confirmation email.
