How do I request a credit?

Request credit through the Hoek flowers app within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. It’s important to upload at least 3 photos to show the problem, plus one photo of all the items concerned.

I have not received my credit yet?

It may be that the credit has not yet been processed, it often takes a few days for it to be processed, if it takes longer than a week, please contact the corner support team again.

My credit has been rejected, why?

It may be that you have not submitted three photos. They must be clear photos of the number you credit. For example, you credit 40, so 40 on the photo and not 10, for example.

Can I return an item?

If there's a problem with an item you've received, request credit for it through your account or the Hoek flowers app, and contact your account manager or Hoek support. Please keep hold of the item until the request is resolved.
