Buy flowers, save points.
It is simple, just buy flowers like you always do and automatically save points! Although you already have an account at Hoek flowers, you still need to ‘sign up’ for Hoek Exclusive. Once registered as a member of Hoek Exclusive, your Exclusive account is connected to your Hoek flowers account.

Treat yourself or someone else with a nice gift or use your points to add some new florist supplies to your collection. Every Hoek flowers’ customer has access to Hoek Exclusive.
How does it work?
Hoek Exclusive knows four levels, starting with: Exclusive member (because every member is exclusive to us) followed by a Gold, Diamond and Royal status. Based on the number of purchases combined with the amount spend, called XP, you can grow towards the next level. Every level has its own privileges, which you can check out at the benefits page.
At the start of every year your status is recalculated. You have 12 months to earn enough XPs to keep your status or level up. As soon as you've earned enough XPs level up, you are immediately upgraded.
Points
Buy flowers, earn points. For every stem you buy we give you points in return (it will take up to 24 hours for them to show in your overview and a paid invoice to be definite). The higher your status, the more points you will earn for your money spent at hoekflowers.com. Use your earned points to, for example treat yourself (or someone else) with a nice gift from our gift shop. Once logged in, the page activity will give you insight in the number of points you have and how you did earn them.
Shop till you drop
With your points you can shop what you want, you can buy Apple Watches, iPhones, all sorts of gift cards, Rituals sets, Hoek goodies, you can even donate to Hoek Charity. You can also save points for exclusive flower trips to for example Italy, France, Holland and even Colombia. There is much more, so sign up and find out!
When you have an account with Hoek Exclusive, you can see your points and activity under ‘Activity’. Here you can also see your level and the benefits it brings along, but also the benefits from the next rank so you can see what you will achieve and can grow towards.
