Pink Ribbon Charity How can you contribute?

January… the first month of a new year, sounds exciting but it can be a bit depressing also. The Christmas lights and trees disappear, everything goes back to normal, and the first upcoming holiday takes a while. That’s why we want to spread some positivity and smiles and what better way to do that than with flowers? Instead of feeling blue, we’re going Pink!

Let’s turn this day around into a day of happiness, surrounding ourselves with flowers because let’s be honest… flowers make everyone happy! For every stem you buy, we donate €0.05 cents to the charity: Pink Ribbon.

Pink Ribbon Charity

So, what’s Pink Ribbon all about? They're a fundraising powerhouse focused on bankrolling projects and research in the breast cancer world. Their goal? To fund stuff that digs into treatments, aftercare, and the long-term effects of breast cancer. All this effort is for one big reason: to make life better and longer for woman battling breast cancer.

Pink Ribbon is a key part of the KWF Cancer Society. KWF is there for people at every stage of life – for those who haven't faced cancer and even for those in their final stages. Their goals are clear: prevent cancer wherever possible, make all forms of cancer more treatable, improve the quality of life for (ex)cancer patients and their loved ones, and ensure the best care for patients in their final days. Every day, they stand committed to a better life with and without cancer. By funding scientific research, they're paving the way for the breakthroughs of tomorrow.

“Pink is our (flower)power color“

How can you contribute?

It is very simple, buy pink flowers! From every bought flower stem with the label ‘Pink Monday’ we donate €0.05 cents to Pink Ribbon. Over the last two years we have raised €3.822,90 euro in total during Pink Monday, let’s do this together and break the record of last year which was €2533,10!

Share the news among your florist friends so we can raise as much as we can. Let’s do this together!
