What does the timer mean?

Because we work with live stock, each product that you put into your shopping cart is provided with a 15 minute timer. During this time you have the option to remove or edit the amount of stems in your cart. Once the 15 minutes has expired, the item is purchased and cannot be cancelled or removed.

Is it possible to split orders in my shopping cart?

Yes! If you are ordering for different events on the same departure date, you can make an order reference for each event. Your invoice will be itemised per order reference. Go to “Order references" in your account.

How do I edit a product in my shopping cart?

Edit an item with the pencil icon or remove it with the trash can symbol. It is important to note that removing and editing can only be done within 15 minutes after adding to your cart.

Why can't I remove products from my cart?

Products are automatically confirmed as purchased for your selected departure date after 15 minutes of them being placed in the basket.
